18 Month Training Program in Coffee & Tea
This program is designed to enhance culinary skills and expertise in the coffee & tea industry through participation in a training-based program with hands-on practical experience and cultural appreciation.
Program Overview: This 12-month program is designed to equip participants with in-depth, hands-on skills in various culinary skills including the art and science of coffee roasting and tea blending. The program integrates theoretical knowledge with practical experience, guiding participants through every step of the coffee and tea production processes, from understanding and sourcing raw materials to creating premium, market-ready products. Participants will need to devote 35-45 hours per week to the program. A ratio five FT employees per trainee or better will be maintained to ensure trainees receive quality attention. Trainee will be given a live coffee plant at beginning of program with the hope that at the end of the program the trainee will be able to present coffee that they cultivated, grew, harvested, processed, roasted, and prepared.
