Take a deep dive into green and roasted coffee with a conversational lecture paired with a series professional cupping flights. A limited number of participants will learn about the experience of coffee from seed to cup and how each stage effects the flavor. We will sample various single origin and blends to help explain what you are learning.

Hosted by company founder with over 20 years of experience in the industry, over 3000 logged coffee cuppings , traveled to dozens of coffee farms and mills in 6 countries, and competed in and judged multiple coffee award programs.

All levels of coffee lovers welcome, and while there is a lecture outline, the conversation and what you learn about will be directed by the interests of the group.

Participant will leave with a sample of a coffee they cupped to compare it to bring brewed at home, a cupping spoon, and an uncommon depth of understanding of their favorite beverage.
